Description

Red & Yellow Freesia Bulbs for Sale | Single Bi-Color

Shades of cheerful yellow and rich red playfully come together to create these stunning, single-form blossoms. Exceptionally popular and easy to grow, Freesia Single Bi-Color is known for its strong fragrance that carries through the spring breeze. This brilliant bloomer loves sunlight and appreciates well-drained soil, such as sandy, rocky soils reminiscent of their African origins. Plant in the fall in zones 9 and above and enjoy as a perennial, or if you live in a colder climate, plant in the spring and use as an annual or container plant. Freesias can be expected to bloom 10 to 12 weeks after planting and require very little maintenance to look outstanding. Enjoy!

Freesia bulbs

I received the freesia bulbs and they were very dried out. I planted all of the bulbs using the proper planting guides. None of the bulbs sprouted! I thought they would probably not grow because they looked terrible when I received them.

I have never tried to grow a bi-colored freesia. They are so pretty. Early fall I will plant these beauties and in early spring I can enjoy them. Freesias are great for the table.
