Shipping & Delivery

Our bigger, better bulbs come from specialty flower bulb farmers all over the world. We pay all ocean and air freight, inspection charges and customs fees. You only pay for delivery to your doorstep. We ship nationwide to all 50 states as well as Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Fall Shipping Schedule

We ship your order at the proper time for planting. The exact ship date may vary by climate zone and when the bulbs you ordered arrive at our warehouse for us to ship to you. Your order may arrive in more than one shipment, but this will not affect shipping charges. For your convenience, we will send tracking and packing information as each part of your order ships.

Processing:

Items that are in stock and appropriate to ship immediately typically ship from our facility within 1-2 business days. For your convenience, we will send tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you have a carrier or ship date preference, please let us know in the “Special Shipping Instructions” box during checkout. 

Orders are shipped via FedEx or the US Postal Service depending on package size and weight. Our goal is to keep shipping charges and transit times as reasonable as possible.

Change of Address:

When fulfilling an order, we assume that all information entered is complete and accurate. Sometimes mistakes happen; if you need to update the shipping address, please contact our service team within 24 hours of placing for the best chance at catching it before it leaves our shipping facility. We are happy to do everything in our power to make sure your new garden additions make it to the correct destination. If we are unable to correct the address prior to shipment, re-ship costs (to the corrected address) are solely the customers’ responsibility.

Returned Shipments:

If, for any reason, your order is returned to us we are willing to re-ship your items if you’re willing to cover the additional shipping. Otherwise, returned shipments will be refunded (less shipping & handling).

Cancellation:

Sometimes needs and circumstances change and although we will be sad to see you go, we are willing to cancel your order (free of charge in most cases). Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for the best chance to cancel your order prior to shipment. If an order is already in transit or arrives before you request cancellation, please refer to our Returns policy.

FAQ

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We send tracking information to the email provided at checkout as soon your order has shipped. Most orders ship in 48 hours or less, please allow 48 hours before inquiring for tracking information.

Where's my order? The tracking information indicates it has been delivered.

Once your order is picked up by our delivery partners we are not able to see any more information then what is indicated on the tracking you see. Often times, it's best to check with your local post man or office when the order is with USPS. It's also a good idea to check any side doors, behind patio furniture, or the mailbox as the carriers try to keep them out of sight from the street. 

If you are still not able to locate your package, please contact us with your order number. Unfortunately, we are not able to file a claim for the missing package until 14 days after the ship date. Once the claim is filed, we will happily re-ship your order. 

I just received my order and items are missing, what should I do?

We urge our customer to check their order promptly upon delivery to check for any missing items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the information indicated below and we will get them sent to you ASAP. We will not be able to send missing items if we are not notified within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • SKU or Name of missing item(s).

My items were damaged during shipment, what should I do?

We urge our customers to check their order promptly upon delivery to check for any damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order the information indicated below and we will send you replacements. We will not send replacements if we are not notified of the damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order.
