The plants received were great. Huge, fresh roots on plants whose leaves were just waiting to grow as soon as planted. Plants were well labeled, which is iimportant to me. AND Easy To Grow gives you a much better price! I'll be ordering again come fall and spring. They have so many plant groups to choose from!
We ordered two live edelweiss plants as a very special gift for my mother-in-law (native German & her favorite flower) and although we had to wait months to receive them, 1 thrived and the other died within 2 weeks of re-potting in the exact conditions & soil required. When I contacted Easy Grow Bulbs they said that they do not guarantee Live Plants...but they sent us two new plants anyway! We were SO happy and relieved! I bought corkscrew plants they came today. They were in perfect condition. Not one thing was wrong with them. They look like they came out of a showroom show. I’ve been buying plants from all over the United States and the world and I have to say easy to grow nursery has the best plants I have ever seen. It took me a long time to buy their plants, but they are the best.

I got a lovely Amaryllis last year for Christmas! It was/is such a joy I have purchased three groups of five for gifts for friends and family. Every bulb has been healthy. A new tradition!
I've only placed two orders but had great experiences (for different reasons) with both. My first order was for 10 Japanese Irises; ordering was easy, I received the shipment in less than a week, and the bulbs were healthy and already sprouting. Excellent experience!
My second order was for 7 Red Spider Lilies. Same experience as the first - easy to order, great price on the bulbs, and I received the order within a week. However, when I opened my package, there was only one bulb. I took a pic and sent a note to their customer service email explaining the shortage. Jess responded the very next morning, apologized for the error, and said the rest of my order would be shipped immediately.
I received my next shipment about a week later but, unfortunately, when I opened the box, there was only one bulb - when I actually needed 6 more to total the 7 from my order. I fired up another email, added some pics, and Jess responded the following day.
She apologized and said she would get the balance of the bulbs to me right away. I received this shipment in three days and it had the remaining 5 bulbs - all in excellent condition (pics attached).
Mistakes happen - it's life, right? What's important is how mistakes are resolved once identified. I felt Jess' kindness and sincerity come through in her emails and will say she's earned a lifetime customer. Even if the bulbs were only mediocre in quality, I would still prefer to do business with a company who treats their customers well and sincerely cares.
I can't wait for next year to see the irises and lilies grow and bloom! Thanks, Jess!
