Description

Unique Tecolote Ranunculus Cafe Bulbs For Sale | Persian Buttercup Cafe

Grown at the famous Carlsbad Flower Fields, most Tecolote Ranunculus shades are clear, bright and unfailingly cheerful. Café is a complex mix of reddish-terracotta, yellow and picotee edging, a blend of hypnotic visual complexity.

This gorgeous flower mixes well with other rich tones in the garden; Extremely rare and hard to find!

Ranunculus are hardy outdoors in zones 8-11 (for fall planting) but are more than welcome in gardens of cooler regions. In zones 3-7, plant outside in April or May in containers or the garden for a seriously impressive display.

Beautiful, Warm Range of Colors

Because I was starting a cutting garden, I decided to expand my garden with flowers of colors I would not normally consider. Only a small area had previously been planted with deeper, warmer colors. Cafe seemed like an interesting choice, so I planted them in the Fall along with Red Ember, Dutch iris. The mixture is stunning, and creates a mood unlike any other floral choices I have tried. These are keepers and I plan on finding a chocolate colored New Zealand flax to use with them in bouquets.
