Description

Tangerine-Red Flowering Canna |
Canna Tropicanna Black

It didn't take long after its introduction for Canna Tropicanna Black to steal hearts and become one of the most popular varieties. Its luxurious, oversized leaves arrive in a sultry, fade-proof blend of purple and black—extremely striking in any garden or landscape. Oh, and we haven't even started talking about the blooms yet! In sharp contrast to the moody foliage, the flowers are an eye-popping shade of bright tangerine-red. Plant this stunner in groups or mix with other Tropicanna Cannas.

Note: Tropicanna® Cannas are known for their extraordinary foliage and vibrant blooms. Another characteristic that distinguishes them from ordinary Cannas—the rhizomes often contain 1 or more eyes that will emerge and sprout after the first has developed top growth. Plant this intriguing Canna and turn your garden into a tropical oasis with ease!

Cannas dark red

The plants are quick growers if you plant in right place . I usually do but forgot that my dogs tend to walk thru that spot . I will transplant when spring comes . I really like this flower I have always had then at my homes . They are prolific and and will spread but I like that they will fill my space and come back every year .

Rotten bulb. Will not make it. Have images to share. Nice theory, but waste of $10.
