Patience… my peonies are just starting to sprout since I planted them. The important thing here is to not touch or mess up with the soil. Wait for the course of nature.

Well, it's hard to judge something which is still in the process of growing. However, based on packaging, explanation for planting, which I had to look up since I'm not an expert gardener, I think this is fair until I'm certain this lovely flower blooms next year.
