Less Than 30 Days

Merchandise may be returned for a refund (less shipping & handling) within 30 days of receipt and is subject to visual inspection of the item(s). We reserve the right to request a physical return to our warehouse and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. As a courtesy, a return shipment will not be necessary in most instances. Less Than 90 Days

Outside of 30 days, we do not offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied within 90 days of receiving your order we are willing to make every effort to ensure you have a positive gardening experience with our products. Items are subject to visual inspection. At our discretion, we may offer store credit, discount codes, or FREE shipping for use on a future order. Please contact us with the following information.

More Than 90 Days

No refunds or store credits will be issued outside of 90 days from the receipt of your order. Exceptions to this are incorrect blooms (covered by “true to name” clause in Our Guarantee) or slow sprouters. I want to return my items, what address should I send it to?

How long does it take for my refund credit to appear on my statement?

In most instances, refunds appear on your statement within 3-5 business days.

 How do I use a store credit?

If you are issued a store credit, we will email you an e-gift card. In that email, there is a 16 character code that you would enter during checkout on our website.

Does my store credit expire?

No, store credit does not have an expiration date.
