Sedum Clavatum | Rosette Forming Succulent | Pachysedum Plant Sedum Clavatum produces fetching mounds of bluish green rosettes with thick leaves, and creeping stems that form a ground cover, or trail rosettes over the edge of a container. Sedum clavatum adds wonderful texture in mixed plantings with its masses of smaller rosettes tucked in beside a large formed echeveria, or succulents with upright, vertical forms. Provide excellent drainage, and keep on the dry side for best performance. Sedum clavatum is easily propagated from stem or leaf cuttings. Watch for starry blooms in late winter.
