Scilla Amethyst Meadow Squill

Found naturalizing merrily in the meadows of coastal Yugoslavia, these sturdy little charmers are easily pleased and delightfully fragrant. They are excellent companions for muscari, or grape hyacinths, bursting into bloom just as the muscari begin to fade. Ideal for old fashion gardens, these heirlooms have been grown in England since the early 1800's. Rodent and deer resistant. (These bulbs are hard to find, and we've run out previously. We have what we hope will be an adequate supply for the season.)
