Because of the differing gardening conditions, we cannot be assured that Mother Nature will treat them perfectly. We can’t guarantee that you won’t get weeks of cold rain just after your spring planting, and then a freeze. The same goes for record heat, pests, etc. These things aren’t the fault of the plants and we don’t replace plants that are lost for reasons out of our control. For greatest success, please open the package immediately, inspect your purchase, and read our detailed growing guides. This is critical to robust plants that flower with profusion!

Replacements:

Customers who report damage or viability concerns within 7 days of receiving their order are eligible for free replacements at the discretion of our horticulture expert. To receive free replacements, please contact our service team with your order number, photo of the item(s), SKU #, and brief description of your concern.

Subject to availability, customers inside the 90 day window of receiving their order may request replacements. We will happily cover the cost of replacements (pending product availability); we only ask that the customer covers the shipping cost associated with the replacement shipment.
