The best times to call are from 8am - 5pm Mon - Fri, PST. If you get our voicemail it may mean we're out in the warehouse; just leave a message and we'll call back. Sometimes we work over the weekend, so feel free to try us then. If we're in, we'll certainly be answering the phone. Otherwise, we're always happy to return your call as soon as we return to the office. (After much internal discussion we made the decision not to contract with an outside call center to answer our phones during off hours. Our customer's questions are often very detailed and it's important that accurate and up to date information is provided. This is something a bank of non-gardening folks located somewhere on the other side of the country just can't do as well as we'd like.)
