Payment Methods
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Credit cards are charged when orders are shipped. This means you can place orders early in the season to reserve your bulbs and pay for them later, when the bulbs are sent to you.
Our shopping cart transmits credit card information in an encrypted format, which makes it unreadable to hackers. It is a well tested, safe and secure process.

The best times to call are from 7am - 5pm Mon - Fri, PST. If you get our voicemail, just leave a message and we'll call you back shortly. Sometimes we work over the weekend, so feel free to try us then. If we're in, we'll certainly be answering the phone. Otherwise, we're always happy to return your call.
Fax & Postal Mail
If you would prefer to fax or mail your order to us, please feel free to do so.
Just shop using the website as you would if you were going to place the order online. This way the website will calculate everything for you and add in the appropriate shipping charges, avoiding later delays. Proceed as far as the screen with the words “Customer Information:” at the top. Print the page. This page includes your name, address, shipping info, product choices and preferred shipping method.
Fax this page along with your credit card information (number, expiration date and signature) to: 1-760-754-0193.
For postal orders, mail the same page along with your payment, in the form of a credit card, check, money order or purchase order to us at the address below. Please do not send cash.

Sales Tax
By law we must collect California sales tax of 7.75% for in-state shipments. Tax for shipments to California addresses calculate automatically.
Adding to Orders
Feel free to any order that hasn't yet shipped by either calling us and mentioning your prior order or using the Special Instructions field when you check out to note "Please add to prior order." We'll combine your orders, send everything at once and may even save you a little on freight.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price if this is done within 30 days and if products are in the same condition as when they were received. Please contact us for shipping instructions prior to sending your package back.
