Angelina is a low growing sedum, topping out a just six inches, making her a perfect groundcover and one that's delightfully content in poor, sandy or lean soil. Just provide good sun and average to light moisture and this sedum will thrive. Spiky chartreuse foliage, starry yellow flowers in summer and beautiful rusty amber leaves in autumn and copper coloring in winter make this a colorful garden addition year round. Angelina may be trimmed during any season to shape or contain if she grows into paths as she spreads up to 20 inches across. Deer and rabbit resistant. Flowers attract butterflies.
See Image Gallery above for photos of Angelina in late winter and spring, showing beautiful copper coloring that persists even under snow. An excellent plant for year round good looks and an outstanding groundcover to grow instead of using unexciting mulch.
