These are folks that really know their plants and in 2002 they selected phlox David as the plant of the year. Why? Because of the huge heads of fragrant white flower borne on strong stems from mid to late summer. And because for those who battle powdery mildew, this is one of the most resistant types. Excellent for big, billowy summer bouquets with that soft, immediately identifiable baby powder scent of phlox. A garden workhorse.
