Amaryllis Ruby Meyer in a Vine Basket


Most of the exotic amaryllis varieties flower in deep maroons and burgundies, but Ruby Meyers blooms in slender starbursts of bright scarlet. With chartreuse pencil striping down the center of the petals, the effect is magical. Place this amaryllis against a light colored wall, indoors or outside, for a display that will turn heads and have people asking, "Wow, what's that?"

Expect multiple flower stalks with 4 to 6 blooms on each. Typically flowers in 8-10 weeks indoors, in time to brighten the dull days of winter.
