Agapanthus Pinnocchio

A favored selection of the famous British Headbourne hybrids, Pinnocchio is also known for its free flowering habit and strong, upright stems. This is a slightly smaller plant than the Headbourne hybrids, with blossoms 6-7" across, making it ideal for containers. This agapanthus flowers in a violet blue with darker midribs along each petal and dark blossom bases. Flower stalks average 2 feet tall, so Pinnocchino is an excellent choice for situations where agapanthus are desired but waist or chest high flowers are simply too tall.
